特徴
BF2 (Forkhead box protein D1, FoxD1, Forkhead-related protein FKHL8, Forkhead-related transcription factor 4, FREAC-4) is a member of the forkhead family of transcription factors.
Binding of FREAC proteins to their cognate sites results in bending of the DNA at an angle of 80-90 degrees.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 (ECL)Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 (Frozen sections.
Not tested for paraffin)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
