Plasma phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) plays a central role in regulating plasma HDL levels and distribution of HDL subpopulations.
This regulation is evidenced in vivo by markedly reduced plasma HDL levels in PLTP gene knock-out mice.
PLTP also facilitates free cholesterol influx into HDL.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, immunofluorescence/ Immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry.
This antibody does not exhibit neutralizing activity.
Other applications not tested.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
