It is produced widely but is most often immediately reacted with other products due to its instability and toxicity.
It has a piercing, disagreeable, acrid smell similar to that of burning fat.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
