Phycobiliprotein Concentration:0.25mg/ml (Determined by absorbance=82.0 at 565nm, for a 1% solution for only those R-PE molecules to which at least one molecule of active antibody is bound.)
Absorption Wavelength: 488nm
Emission Wavelength: 575nm
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
Do not freeze.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
仕様
Size:500ug
Host:goat
Source Antibody:mouse
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).
Specificity:Recognizes mouse IgM, mu chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-phycoerythrin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM, and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), or mouse IgG F(c).
