Dextranases catalyze the endohydrolysis of 1,6 alpha glucosidic linkages in dextran.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:5000-1:50,000.
Assayed against 1ug of Dextranase (Penicillium species) in a standard sandwich ELISA using a Gt xRb IgG (H&L) (HRP) (I1904-46Q) and ABTS Stable Liquid Substrate (A0030) for 30 minutes at RT

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
