Recommended Dilution:Immunoprecipitation: 1:100ELISA: 1:3000-1:20,000 using peroxidase conjugated anti goat IgG [H&L] and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT
Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000Reported to detect human aldolase showing an ~41kD band in lysates from MCF7, NMB231 and HBL100 cell lines
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 24 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
