Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:4000-1:20,000; Assayed against 1.0ug of guinea pig IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
