The 26kD GST (glutathione S-Transferase) domain, encoded by the parasite Schistosoma japonicum, is easily purified by affinity chromatography on immobilized glutathione.
For this reason, numerous prokaryotic expression vectors have been developed allowing research to fuse recombinant protein purification.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Conjugation.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:3000- 1:15000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:1mg
Host:goat
Grade:Highly Purified
Purity:Purified from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide, before the addition of glycerol to 40% glycerol.
Specificity:Recognizes Glutathione S Transferase, Schistosoma japonicum. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum as well as purified and partially purified Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum].
