Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
Aliquot and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
仕様
Size:1mg
Host:rabbit
Source Antibody:mouse
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (Immunoglobulin and Protease free), 0.01% Thimerosal. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile distilled water or sterile 40-50% glycerol.
Specificity:Recognizes mouse IgG k (kappa) light chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Crossreactivity against other mouse heavy and light chain isotypes (confirmed by ELISA): ≤ 1%.
