Specificity：Recognizes mouse IgG gamma chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against mouse IgM or mouse IgA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
