Specificity：Recognizes rat IgM mu chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, rat IgM and rat serum. No reaction was observed against rat IgG or rat IgA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other rat heavy or light chain isotypes.
