Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity:Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, rat IgG, rat IgG F(ab’)2 F(c) and rat serum. No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, equine, human, mouse, rabbit and sheep serum proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
