Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000; Assayed against 1ug of rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA.

Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
