仕様
Size:500ug
Host:rabbit
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using human IgM coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with FITC.
Specificity:Recognizes human IgM, Fc. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-rabbit serum, human IgM and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG or human IgA.
