This product has been assayed against 1ug of Rabbit IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A working dilution of 1:2,500 to 1:10,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
