Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunomicroscopy.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:60,000 to 1:250,000, Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10–20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:2mg
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.6, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% (w/v) Thimerosal, 40% glycerol.
Specificity:Recognizes human IgG F(ab’)2 fragment. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti goat serum, human IgG, human IgG F(ab’)2 and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(c).
