Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:3000-1:100,000 1.0ug of human IgM was used in a standard capture ELISA using S7973-97A (Streptavidin (HRP)) and A0030 (ABTS Stable Liquid Substrate 1.46mM for HRPO) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
