For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

No reaction was observed against human IgG or human IgA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at < 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
