仕様
Size:1mg
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin.
Specificity:Recognizes human IgG, Fc. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, human IgG, human IgG F(c) and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(ab’)2.
