Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:7000-1:50,000; Assayed against 1ug of goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use.
To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity：Recognizes goat IgG, F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, goat IgG, goat IgG F(ab’)2 and goat serum. No reaction was observed against goat IgG F(c).
