Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA and Immunhistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:400 to 1:2,800 using 1.0 ug of Goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
