Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio:10-20 BAC molecules per Donkey IgG molecule
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:1mg
Host:donkey
Source Antibody:mouse
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Reconstitute with 1ml deionized water containing 40-50% glycerol.
Specificity:Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-donkey serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, equine, goat, guinea pig, hamster, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.
