Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Direct): 1.0ug/ml (using 100ul/well) Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-7
ELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml (using 100ul/well) Used in conjunction with I8429-25A as capture, detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-7
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-7, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
0.1% BSA.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
