Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is a potent stimulator of bone marrow cells, especially those of neutrophil lineage.
In addition, G-CSF can enhance the survival and activate the immunological functions of mature neutrophils.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Neutralization and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well.
The detection limit ~0.2-0.4ng/well
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
The detection limit is ~1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Neutralization: 0.04-0.06ug/ml.
To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human G-CSF (0.5ng/ml)Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.25ug/ml with overnight incubation at 4ºC using human angiosarcoma.
Heat induced antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
