特徴
- Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hTECK.
- Anti-Human TECK specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized hTECK matrix.
- Application: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml.
- (100ul/well) will detect at least 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human TECK when used with T2275-0.
- TECK as the capture antibody
- ELISA (Direct): 0.1ug/ml.
- (100ul/well) will detect at least 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human TECKWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
- Detection limit is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
