Human Hemofiltrate CC chemokine-1 (HCC-1) was first isolated from the hemofiltrate of patients with chronic renal failure.
HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP-1a/MIP-1b and 29-37% homology with other CC chemokines.
Human HCC-1 is an 8.4kD protein containing 72 amino acid residues.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution In conjunction with biotinylated anti-human Hepatocellular Carcinoma (H1999-05A) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human Hepatocellular Carcinoma is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1.5ug/ml with an overnight incubation at 4ºC.
An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen.
Proteinase K antigen retrieval is recommended
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
