Influenza A virus subtype H3N2 (also H3N2) is a subtype of viruses that cause influenza (flu).
H3N2 Viruses can infect birds and mammals.
In birds, humans, and pigs, the virus has mutated into many strains.
H3N2 is increasingly abundant in seasonal influenza, which kills an estimated 36,000 people in the United States each year.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Titer:Indirect Immunofluorescence: >1:1000>1:2500 by hemagglutination inhibition
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
