特徴

• Cytomegalovirus is a member of the Herpesviridae family.
• It may be transmitted from person to person through urine, saliva, other bodily fluids, breast milk and transplanted organs.
• It is a common infection which mostly passes unnoticed.
• The infection may be dangerous to people who are immunocompromised such as those who are HIV positive or organ transplant recipients.
• The infection may also be dangerous to pre- and post-natal infants.
• Antiviral drugs are useful in the treatment of CMV infection.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunofluorescence: 1:2000 (indirect).
• Use Cat #E9002 Evans Blue Counterstain & Blocking Diluent
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
