Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 detects Gqa and G11a in 20ug of rat brain microsomal preparation.
A previous lot detected Gqa and G11a in 20ug mouse brain microsomes and membranes and Gq/11a in 10ug of mouse 3T3/NIH fibroblast soluble plasma membranes.
Rat brain microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with G8700-05.
Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system
Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate Gqa and G11a
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
