特徴

• The eukaryotic cell cycle is driven by the sequential action of a family of serine/threonine kinases, the cyclin dependent kinases (cdks) acting in concert with their regulatory subunits, the cyclins.
• p57 Kip2 is a potent inhibitor of several G1 cyclin/cdk2 complexes but unlike p27 Kip1 is not regulated by p53.
• Kip2 is thought to be involved in decisions to exit the cell cycle during development and differentiation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 2ug/ml detects Kip2(~57kD) in a HeLa nuclear extract and a bovine brain nuclear extract
• Immunoprecipitation: 5ug immunoprecipitates Kip2 from a HeLa nuclear extract and a bovine brain nuclear extract
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
