特徴
- Positive Antigen Control:Jurkat cell lysate.
- Use 20ug per lane for minigels.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5–2ug/ml detects STAT1 in RIPA lysates from human Jurkat, mouse CTLL and rat L6 cells.
- Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-STAT1 (1ug/ml).
- Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
- Immunoprecipitation: 4mg immunoprecipitated STAT1 from 500mg of human Jurkat RIPA lysate
- Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
