Both the antiserum and IgG fractions of anti-carboxypeptidase Y (Baker’s yeast) are shown to detect under reducing conditions of SDS-PAGE the 61kD enzyme in cellular extracts.
Approximately 10ug of total protein is loaded per lane.
A 1:5,000 dilution of the primary antibody is used followed by detection using HRP goat-a-rabbit IgG diluted 1:4,000 and color development using 4-CN substrate until sufficient color develops
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:100ug
Host:rabbit
Grade:Highly Purified
Purity:Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a liquid from PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide
Specificity:Immunoelectrophoretic assay gives a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, purified carboxypeptidase Y and partially purified carboxypeptidase Y (yeast). Although not tested, the antibody should exhibit crossreactivity with other tissues and species.
