Applications:Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded): 5-15ug/ml with a 30 minute incubation at RT or an overnight incubation at 4ºC.
Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining
Neutralization: 0.05-0.1ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (10ng/ml)
ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (100ul/well).
Used in conjunction with V2110-09B Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) (Biotin) allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hVEGF
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
