• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Neutralization, and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml.
• Using 100ul/well antibody solution.
• When used in conjunction with K0201-01B, as a detection antibody allows the detectin of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human KGF
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
• Immunohistochemistry: 0.5ug/ml, overnight at 4°C.
• This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of normal human skin.
• An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a non-alcohol soluble AEC chromogen and a proteinase K antigen retrieval.
• Neutralization: 8.0ug/ml yeilds one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human KGF (18.9ng/ml)
• Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
