特徴
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (100ul/well).
- Using in conjunction with I8433-03, as a detection antibody, the detection limit of ~0.2-0.4ng/well
- Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
- Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
- Neutralization: 0.02-0.05ug/ml.
- To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IL-11 (1.50ng/ml)
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
