特徴
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Neutralization.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody) Detection limit of 0.2-0.4ng/well antigen
- Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
- Detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
- Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 5ug/ml with overnight incubation at 4ºC using human pancreas adenocacinoma tissue.
- Heat induced antigen retrieval with sodium citrate, pH 6.0 is recommended
- Neutralization: 1.2-1.8pg/ml will yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IL-10 (1ng/ml).
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
