特徴

• Applications:Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Neutralization: 1.5-3.0ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (100ng/ml)
• ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2.0ug/ml.
• Use 100ul/well in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 2000-400pg/well of recombinant human GRO/MGSA
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
• Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.125-0.15ug/ml stains human colon/retum adenocarcinoma incubated overnight at 4ºC.
• Heat induced antigen retrieval with sodium citrate, pH 6, is recommended
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
