Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (1ng/ml), a concentration of 0.13-0.2ug/ml of this antibody is required
ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody solution allows detection of antigen at 0.2-0.4ng/well)
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml (detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions).
Immunohistochemistry: 0.25ug/ml with an overnight incubation at 4°C stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen.
Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 sodium citrate buffer is recommended.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
