Borrelia burgdorferi is a gram-negative spirochete that is a causative agent of lyme disease in humans.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoflourscence.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:100-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:1000 on frozen section or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections after antigen retrieval
Immunoflourscence: 1:100-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Molar Flourescein / Antibody Protein Ratio:3-7
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O prior to use.
To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
