Proteinase 3 (PR3), a constituent of azurophil granules of neutrophils (polymorphonuclear cells, PMNs), is the target antigen for most anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (c-ANCA) in Wegener’s Granulomatosis (WG).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
