特徴
- Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) is a retrovirus that infects cats.
- FeLV can be transmitted between infected cats when the transfer of saliva or nasal secretions is involved.
- If not defeated by the animal’s immune system, the virus can be lethal.
- The disease caused by this virus is a form of cancer of the blood cells called lymphocytes (a leukemia).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
