特徴

• Creatine kinase (CK) BB is a cytoplasmic enzyme involved in energy homeostasis.
• The protein reversibly catalyzes the transfer of phosphate between ATP and various phosphogens such as creatine phosphate.
• Creatine kinase consists of two subunits, which can be either B (brain type) or M (muscle type).
• Therefore, three different cytosolic isoenzymes exist: CK-MM, CK-BB and CK-MB.
• Cytosolic CK isoenzymes are always co-expressed in a tissue specific fashion together with a mitochondrial isoform.
• MM is the major form in skeletal muscle and myocardium, MB exists in myocardium and BB in many tissues, especially brain.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and RIA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:RIA (titer): 35,000 tests/ml (RIA, DAB)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
