抗原：Freshly ejaculated human sperms were washed in Phosphate Buffered Saline and extracted in 3% Acetic acid, 10% Glycerol, and 30mM Benzaminidine. The acid extract was dialyzed against 0.2% Acetic acid and subsequently used for immunization.
精製方法：This antibody is conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
