Discription：CCL3L1, also named LD78-beta, is belonging to the intercrine beta （chemokine CC） family and it is encoded by the CCL3L1 gene in human. This protein binds to several chemokine receptors including chemokine binding protein 2 （CCBP2 or D6） and chemokine （C-C motif） receptor 5 （CCR5） . It is an inhibitor of HIV-1-infection and chemotactic for lymphocytes and monocytes. Recombinant human LD78β/CCL3L1 is a 7.8kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
