Discription:CCL3L1, also named LD78-beta, is belonging to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family and it is encoded by the CCL3L1 gene in human. This protein binds to several chemokine receptors including chemokine binding protein 2 (CCBP2 or D6) and chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 5 (CCR5) . It is an inhibitor of HIV-1-infection and chemotactic for lymphocytes and monocytes. Recombinant human LD78β/CCL3L1 is a 7.8kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
