This protein is a major calcium-binding protein of the Golgi.
It may have a role in calcium homeostasis.
It is located in the cis-Golgi, tightly associated with the luminal side of the membrane.
A small fraction of the protein may be cytoplasmic.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
