MCM6 may be involved in the control of a single round of DNA replication during S phase.
It binds to chromatin during G1 and detaches from it during S phase as if it licenses the chromatin to replicate.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
