GLUD2, Glutamate dehydrogenase 2, is important for recycling the chief excitatory neurotransmitter, glutamate, during neurotransmission.
It is expressed in retina, testis and, at a lower level, brain.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
