• GCET2, commonly known as germinal center B cell expressed transcript 2 protein, is a 178aa protein expressed in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and several germinal center (GC) like lymphoma cell lines (at protein level).
• It is highly expressed in normal GC lymphocytes and GC derived malignancies, as well as being present in the thymus and spleen.
• In B cells expression of the HGAL gene is specifically induced by interleukin 4.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
