Mediates VEGF-induced CDC42 activation.
May regulate proangiogenic action of VEGF in vascular endothelial cells, including network formation, directional movement and proliferation.
May play a role in regulating the actin cytoskeleton and cell shape.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
