CD300A, an Ig superfamily member, is present on monocytes, neutrophils, and some T and B lymphocytes.
It is an inhibitory receptor which may contribute to the down-regulation of cytolytic activity in natural killer (NK) cells, and to the down-regulation of mast cell degranulation.
It has been indicated that CD300A as a candidate target for future treatment of allergic and mast cell-associated diseases.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
